Building a real estate career on Service and Results
From the start, Val knew that building a career in real estate would require a commitment to a high level of service for the long term. The foundations of that career would be each Buyer and Seller client successfully achieving their real estate objectives with Val’s help.
Since 1991, Val has followed through with a personal service style that provides each customer with individual attention and follow-up. She understands that teamwork between the Buyer, Seller and real estate agent is the basis for working a transaction to its successful conclusion. In a sense it’s a partnership working toward a real estate objective. Val also believes another responsibility is staying current with any changes in contracts and keeping her client educated on the process as it relates to their interests.
Val prides herself on building rapport with her customers throughout the listing and sale process. Proudly, many of her customers remain life-long friends.
Landing back in Texas this Native Shares her Relocating Experience
Val Arbona is a native Texan who was born and reared in Austin. She attended high school in Austin and graduated from the University of Texas with a BA in Journalism, Advertising & Marketing. Val decided on real estate after years of working with Fortune 500 companies as a multi-unit supervisor and after relocating from Texas to California to Michigan and back to Texas. During that time Val and her husband, Joe, bought and sold numerous homes – valuable experience from which she draws her understanding of the emotional and technical side of real estate.
